Helen Hirst, Chair of Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT) will temporarily take on the role of interim chair for Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Helen will continue to fulfil her responsibilities as Chair of CHFT while taking on this additional role in the short term.
Helen was the Chief Officer of Bradford District and Craven Clinical Commissioning Group. She worked in Bradford for 30 years and is in an ideal position to support the Trust until a new chair has been appointed.
