We have developed this virtual Stroke Rehabilitation site to provide advice, information and resources to support you throughout your recovery following a stroke.

People will have questions and need information at different stages in their recovery following a stroke. This site is available for you and your family to access whenever you need it.

We hope the information and advice shared will provide additional support during your transition as you leave hospital following a stroke, and to be there for reference and as a support tool for your recovery longer term.

The digital patient information includes films featuring some of our clinical specialists covering topics of cognition, fatigue, self-management and positioning. It also contains further information and signposting to recommended external resources for example web pages, support groups and services that you may find useful.
