Questions should be submitted no later than 4pm on the Tuesday prior to the meeting either in writing to the Board Secretary, Trust Headquarters, Chestnut House, Bradford Royal Infirmary, Duckworth Lane, Bradford, BD9 6RJ or, by email to corporate.governance@bthft.nhs.uk
