The Neonatal Outreach team consists of midwives, nurses and nursery nurses who you will meet on the NICU/TCU. They will also visit you at home once your baby is discharged if you live in our Bradford catchment area.

We offer nursing support for babies who are preterm and those that have low birth weight, Specialist feeding/tube feeding at home, Home oxygen, Blood sampling, Palliative care and liaison with Community professionals.
We work closely with your Health Visitor, Dietician, Consultants, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapist (SALT). We also work closely with the Children’s Community Nurses based at St Luke’s Hospital when babies might need longer term support.
