As January almost comes to a close, we take a look-back at Mel’s weekly videos this month.
We kicked off the year with a special round-up of 2023, another year in which we continued to strive to ensure better experiences for both patients and colleagues alike.
We also highlighted one of our partners this month with a look at the work of DFN Project Search – a transition to work programme for adults with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions, with which we have proudly partnered for many years.
Finally, on the podcast this month, Mel had the pleasure of meeting Aisha Mirza, who is a part of our NHS Graduate Management Training scheme, to hear about her journey to BTHFT and how she’s thriving in her role.
