One of our priorities here at the Trust is to ensure that people treating our patients reflect the diverse community we serve so this week’s update focuses on our work with partners, Generation Medics, who are helping us achieve this.
Generation Medics is a multi-award-winning social enterprise, helping to inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals here in Bradford. Founded by healthcare professionals, the enterprise is now enabling and encouraging the next generation of healthcare workers to overcome barriers and challenges to secure a variety of roles to help us enhance and grow our BTHFT family.
