These are experienced registered nurses employed specifically to provide support and coaching to our new nurses and nursing associates, to help them stay happy and healthy at the Trust.
We’ll hear from John Kelley, Education Lead for Pastoral Preceptorship, who tells us about the team and why it was formed and the benefit that it brings at both an organisational and a personal level, and also from Legacy Nurse Mentor, Amelia Burton about the support the team is offering to nurses here in Bradford.
