Then we focused on Our People with a look at how equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) continues to play an important role in the decisions we take as both a service provider and an employer. We heard from Kez Hayat Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion here at the Trust, as well as colleagues who are playing a crucial role in the delivery of our EDI goals.
