October marks Black History Month and so this week we’re celebrating the incredible work of the Trust’s Diverse Working Forum.
The forum was created to support the need for a more diverse representation in senior leadership roles within Maternity and Nursing.
The group meets monthly to hear from guest speakers in senior leadership positions, as well as offering guidance, peer support and inspiration to the members as they navigate their own leadership journeys.
Today, we’ll hear from members of the group, who tell us about their work to foster a more inclusive and supportive environment for our ethnically diverse colleagues.
