Sulman undertook his undergraduate medical training at the University of Manchester and completed Foundation training in West Yorkshire, including an FY2 placement in Medical Microbiology at Leeds Teaching Hospitals followed by Specialty training in Medical Microbiology in the west of Scotland.
Following consultant positions at Bradford Teaching Hospitals, Glasgow Royal Infirmary and the Pennine Acute Trust he returned to Bradford Teaching Hospitals as the Clinical Lead for Microbiology.
Sulman is passionate about working in collaboration with Infectious Diseases physicians and enjoys tackling the diversity of clinical infections that working at the Trust provides.
