Selma qualified as an adult nurse in 2007. She worked on the acute surgical progressive care unit for 11 years then progressed to being a ward sister in infectious diseases for 5 years.
She always had a keen interest in palliative care and is passionate about developing her unique role as Palliative Care CNS with special interest in South Asian Cultural and Religious needs. Her priority is ensuring equitable care for palliative and end of life patients and those important to them.
