Qualifications: MBBS
Experience and clinical interests: Padmini graduated in India and following foundation training in the UK, she completed her core medical training in South Yorkshire.
She passed her core radiology training at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, and sub-specialty training in head and neck radiology at Leeds and Bradford teaching hospitals.
Apart from general radiology work, her specialist areas include ENT and neuroradiology. She is also trained in PET-CT reporting and performs head and neck US interventions.
Padmini is a keen academic and has made several national and international presentations to European and American radiology societies including those on ECR, RSNA, ASHNR and BSHNI. She has a special interest in research, medical education and new innovations, and actively takes part in the FRCR teaching program at the Leeds Radiology Academy.
