Faeem Lal

Faeem joined the Trust in 2019 and was the Deputy Director of HR before taking up the Interim Director and then Director of HR position. He has worked in a range of public sector HR roles across Education, Criminal Justice, Social Care and the NHS. Faeem is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). He has a Bachelor’s degree in IT and Management (University of Bradford), a postgraduate diploma in HR (CIPD) (University of Huddersfield) and a Masters in Leadership, Management and Change (University of Bradford).
