David was appointed a consultant ear, nose and throat surgeon at Bradford Teaching Hospitals in February 2000, with a special interest in otology (ear disease) and rhinology (nose disease). Prior to this he trained in the Yorkshire Regional Rotation with two specialist training fellowships in France (Bordeaux, Cannes and Nancy).
David is also one of the region’s most experienced cochlear implant surgeons, and treats patients from throughout the north of England.
He has undertaken specialist training in nasal surgery and developed extensive expertise in rhinoplasty surgery (both cosmetic and functional), as well as FESS (functional endoscopic sinus surgery) for sinus disease.
He has presented his experience at meetings all over the world and publishes regularly in peer-reviewed journals.
