Qualifications: MBChB MRCP
Cathryn was appointed a consultant gastroenterologist at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in 2010. Working closely with Dr Catherine Kenneth, she has since developed the inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) service at the Trust.
She also performs specialist IBD surveillance endoscopy using a technique called chromo-colonoscopy, and has a particular interest in transitional care within IBD (moving from child to adult services) which has seen her establish a clinic to help patients move through this potentially challenging period.
Cathryn also leads a clinical research team, which has been involved in cutting edge gastroenterology research.
