Rupert qualified as a dietitian in 2004 while working in NHS and private hospitals in London, and went on to specialise in gastroenterology and critical care.

He joined the Trust in 2016 and leads the acute adult dietitians who cover the hospital wards, the renal dietitians and the team of dietitians who support our head and neck cancer services.
