This week, we hear about the value of our apprenticeships programme which develops home-grown talent to benefit our Trust.
Anyone aged over 16 can apply for an apprenticeship, and that includes our colleagues who work within the Trust.
We have a range of apprenticeships available and these cover clinical and non-clinical roles as well. An apprenticeship route gives people that opportunity to further develop their skills and their career all the way up into senior management levels.
