‘The Clinical Professions Strategy 2022-2027’ launch is week commencing 16th May. The concise document outlines the collective strategic priorities for 23 separate professions within BTH collectively referred to as the Clinical Professions. These can be grouped as Allied Health Professions (AHPs) and Healthcare Scientists as well as Optometrists, Pharmacy Teams and Psychologists. The strategy sets out how these professions will deliver the BTHFT vision and objectives around the 4 themes of Our People, Our Patients, Our Place, Our Partners.
The strategy drew on relevant national and BTH strategies as well as input from members of the professions. It was written by Jane Kingsley, Lead HP and endorsed by Karen Dawber, Chief Nurse.
