We are committed to ensuring a high quality patient experience, and recognise that patient engagement is crucial to achieving this.
The new strategic work plan aims to move away from traditional complaints and experience reporting, to a structured suite of plans which we can measure. This work will be complementary to the quality strategy and will reflect best practice at a regional and national level.
